Kim Kokx – Drama

I have been teaching under the stage lights for 18 years.  I have directed over sixty musical productions, the most recent credits including "Les Miserables School Edition," "West Side Story," and "Hairspray!"

I vocally trained in Miami, Florida and believe in strong, spot on, thorough technique blended with an unbeatable enthusiasm for the stage allows young minds to express themselves to their fullest potential.  I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education and am currently working on my Masters in Music from University of Idaho.  I love MVSPA and all the hundreds of students I have had the pleasure of directing over the years.  I thank God for allowing me to make my passion my career!
