The Refuge is a safe, positive place for youth grades 5-12 offering an after school drop-in center free of charge to our community regardless of race, color, or creed.
Refuge is free for visitors and memberships are free too!
Refuge Hours:
Mondays 3 pm - 8:30 pm
Tuesday through Thursday 3 pm - 6 pm.
What will you find at Refuge?
A COMPUTER LAB: offering multiple computers with supervised internet access and printing capabilities. Great for homework, college searches, scholarship applications, and tutoring programs!
STUDY AREAS: several comfortable locations where youth can read, study, do homework and receive the assistance of our caring volunteer staff (they love helping people with homework).
FUN ACTIVITIES: 2 ping pong tables, 3 fooseball tables, pool, air hockey, Xbox video games, basketball, Jukebox and more!
A CAFE: Refuge offers a number of low-priced snacks and beverages and microwaveable food items and is open during the drop-in center hours.
