Domestically, TFRC misssions is looking to explore the possibilities. This happens to be one area that you wont see a lot going on currently. Although we do support many domestic mission efforts financially, we have great visions of seeing some of the people of TFRC rise to the calling of leading us into new domestic frontiers.
Hawaiian Gardens (??)
In the past, we have done a lot of work with Way Out Ministries in Hawaiian Gardens, CA. We have always enjoyed being connected to this urban, inner-city ministry. We are currently looking for ways to again have a surge of involvement in this area. If you'd be interested in being equipped to lead the people of TFRC in this area, please let us know!
Disaster Relief Team (??)
We are also wanting to explore the possibilities of putting together a domestic crisis/disaster relief team. We have plans to store away a lump of funding that would be ready to be released and used in aiding those who experience natural disasters and the like. To also be able to deploy a team of trained laborers to quickly respond to the actual sites of these disasters would also be an amazing opportunity. This is another area that we'd love to find leadership for.
