We would like to explore the potential of possibly organizing many of the local businesses to get together maybe twice a year to have applications on hand, conduct interviews, and explore the possibilities of providing jobs to many people who have such a hard time finding them.
We could bus people into the venue and have the fair open for a few hours offering it to job hunters. To be able to have the opportunity to say to them, "All these businesses are hiring. They have applications and are willing to interview you right here and now. You have 3 hours -- have at it!"
We feel that such an opportunity would be a blessing to the whole community and God's Kingdom.
