Business AdministratorHi! I am Connie and I have worked at the church since 1992. I also am a PK (preachers kid) and have grown up in the church and became a follower of Christ at an early age. I enjoy working at the church and all the people I come into contact with. I have an AAS degree in Bookkeeping which really aids in the record keeping of the Church. I am married to Brian and we have one daughter, Shawna who is married to Joe Getty and we are now in the ‘empty nesters’ stage of life. We enjoy camping, golfing, reading, bike riding, walking, hiking, riding four-wheelers and snowmobiles. Pretty much anything outdoors.

As the Business Administrator, my job consists more of the business aspects of the church. I am responsible for keeping our finances up-to-date which consists of Accounts Payable, Payroll, work on keeping track of the annual budget, and tracking employee’s benefits. I supervise our custodians and office staff. I work with the Deacons on a monthly basis by attending meetings and keeping them up-to-date on the financial needs within the church.

I provide administrative support to the staff and try to maintain compliance of our churches policies and procedures. I am involved in assisting with annual staff evaluations. I also work as the project manager for the church. When something needs repaired or if we undergo a project on the premises, I oversee the project and make sure the project continues to move forward. I am the computer technical support person. I try to fix and clean up what I can before I call in reinforcements.
