Melany Albers

Co-Director of Children's MinistriesMelany Albers was born and raised in Ontario, California. After graduating from high school she attended Azusa Pacific University for 2 ½ years seeking a teaching degree.

She met and married John Albers and moved to Tulare, California. While in Tulare for ten years she served in many positions in the children's ministries, all the way from nursery director to leader of high school age for ten years.

In June of 1999, John and Melany moved to the Magic Valley. Melany took a year off, but then jumped in and helped out on Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings. Melany has been on staff here since May of 2001.

John and Melany have three children, Jonathan, Katrina and Mikayla. Her hobbies include tennis, and many other outdoor sports. She loves hanging out with her family and friends and going on vacations.

Melany has a passion to see kids give their life to Jesus and walk alongside them in their journey. She also has a passion of equipping leaders and taking them out for coffee or lunch.(208) 733-6128 ext. 107
