Pastor Chuck Swoboda was born in Southeast Wisconsin and raised there and in Southern California. He received his Associates degree from Riverside Community College (Riverside, CA), Bachelor’s in Public and Interpersonal Communication from Biola University (La Mirada, CA), and his Master’s of Divinity from Bethel Seminary (St Paul, MN).
Chuck’s church ministry experience began when he worked part-time with the youth ministry at Faith Community Church for two years (Riverside, CA). He then moved to Wisconsin where he was the Director of Youth Ministries at First Reformed Church in Oostburg for seven years. He began his ministry here at TFRC in August 2003.
Chuck’s wife Shannon was born and raised in Southern California. Chuck and Shannon met at Faith Community Church. They were married in 1996. They have three children; Robert, Leann, and Payton. They love being a part of the ministry at TFRC. Chuck enjoys many sport related activities and is an enthusiastic Packer fan.

Brett was born and raised in Twin Falls, Idaho. Throughout his childhood he attended TFRC and actively volunteered and participated in multiple programs. He received an Associates in Arts and Sciences degree from Big Bend Community College and a Bachelors in Community Service from Montana State University – Northern. After finishing college, Brett moved back to Twin Falls.
Before becoming the Director of Youth Ministry, Brett worked at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Magic Valley and was a PSR for Twin Falls School District. He has been on staff at TFRC since February, 2014 and has loved every minute of it. Brett is passionate about students growing in their walk with Jesus and making TFRC a place students can call a second home.
Brett is married to his wife Laura. Together they have two boys, Benjamin and Jack, and daughter, Louisa. In his spare time Brett enjoys hanging with his family, playing basketball, golfing, and cheering for the Chicago Bulls!

Lori Ann was born and raised in Filer, Idaho. She grew up in the church and came to know Christ early in life. Even as a young girl, she loved to sing and play the piano. After high school she spent a year on the road in a ministry band and then settled back in Twin Falls.
In June of 1988, Lori Ann joined the TFRC staff. Her passion is to see people enter into the presence of the Almighty God.
Her responsibilities include planning the worship services, overseeing the different worship teams, tech teams, and directing the choirs.
Lori Ann is married to Kim Lee who is an equipment operator for the Twin Falls County Highway District. They have two sons, Kole and Logan. They love to spend time together as a family and with friends. Lori Ann loves to ride motorcycles.

Ryan Demlow was born in Minneapolis, MN and lived in the upper mid-west throughout his childhood, following his pastor dad to calls in Upper Michigan and southeast Wisconsin. He graduated from Winona State University (Winona, MN) with a Bachelor of Arts in Music (piano, performance emphasis) and moved back to the Minneapolis area to begin work at a music software company.

Melany was born and raised in Ontario, California and moved to the Magic Valley in 1999. She has been on staff at TFRC since May 2001.
Since Melany was a little girl she knew she wanted to work with children. She grew up in the church and has volunteered in various children’s ministries as soon as she was of age. After graduating from High School she worked as a preschool teacher for five years and then became a stay-at-home mom continuing her volunteer roles in children and youth ministries.
Melany graduated from Lewis and Clark State College with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Elementary Education with an endorsement in Special Education.
Melany is married to George Hilarides and together they have six children – Rachel, Stephanie, Jonathan, Katrina, Mikayla and Bentley.
Melany’s hobbies include kayaking, tennis and many other outdoor sports. She loves hanging out with her family and friends and going on vacations.
Melany has a passion to see kids give their lives to Jesus and enjoys walking alongside them in their journey. She also has a passion for equipping leaders and taking them out for coffee or lunch.
