“Revitalizing Life in Community”
Hebrews 10:23-15 says “Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is failthful. And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another – and all the more as you see the Day approaching.”
This passage directs our purpose for PULSE Groups. In it we see the following attributes of faith:
P – Pray/Persevere
U – Uplift/Unite
L – Love/Learn
S – Serve/Seek
E – Encourage/Equip
Here at TFRC we desire to invite people into intentional spaces and places in order to grow in community. Covid isolated us in ways have never experienced before. We see an unprecedented need for life in community. We are offering this through small groups which we are purposefully calling PULSE groups. We want them to be groups that build community and friendship, yes, but we aspire for them to serve a purpose beyond that as well. We want to help build authentic relationships in order to transform and revitalize life in community that is rooted in Jesus’ mission for the church.
Through of all of life’s activity, do you ever feel like you are just skimming the surface? Do you wonder if there is more to this life with Christ? The Journey invites you to awaken to God’s good work in and through you. Take this meaningful walk with others that explores some of the biggest questions of your faith:
Who is God?
Who am I?
What does God desire to do through me?
Service Dates: September 25, October 16, November 13, and December 4.
If you would like to get plugged into one of our men’s or women’s small group Bible studies, contact Brett. Groups typically meet twice a month.

Young at Heart is a warm, welcoming, loving environment where Christians can participate in a variety of programs and activities and enjoy each other as we learn and grow closer to our Father in Heaven. Join in and see why we think ‘young’ is a relative term. We get together each month for picnics, potlucks, Dutch Oven cookouts and great events in a variety of locations around the Magic Valley and beyond!
